Tirare un telo \u00e8 forse l\u2019attivit\u00e0 pi\u00f9 praticata nella vita di uno Scout ed \u00e8 anche la prima cosa che si fa una volta arrivati sul posto dell\u2019Uscita. Grazie ai teli si pu\u00f2 cucinare sul fuoco anche sotto un temporale, rimanendo (pi\u00f9 o meno) asciutti.
\nTuttavia, tirare un telo non \u00e8 cos\u00ec semplice e richiede qualche piccola attenzione. Ecco dei consigli per fare un buon lavoro.<\/p>\n

1.Quando scegli il luogo per l\u2019angolo di Squadriglia, considera anche la posizione degli alberi. Se ce ne sono troppi o se sono molto vicini, non riuscirai mai a tirare un telo per bene.
\n2.Se invece non ci sono abbastanza alberi, puoi sempre sostituirne due con un paio di pali recuperati sul posto e fissati con due tiranti ciascuno. Con due angoli legati agli alberi e altri due legati ai pali, il telo regger\u00e0 comunque.
\n3.Per tirare un telo, inizia sempre a fissare due angoli opposti, agli estremi della diagonale. Sar\u00e0 pi\u00f9 facile ottenere un buon risultato.
\n4.Il telo deve sempre essere perfettamente tirato e senza \u201cparti molli\u201d. Fai la prova della penna o della biglia: lascia scorrere uno di questi oggetti sul telo tirato e il suo \u201cpercorso\u201dsar\u00e0 lo stesso dell\u2019acqua. Se la penna o la biglia non cadono a terra,
\nprobabilmente anche l\u2019acqua non lo far\u00e0 e si former\u00e0 una pozza.
\n5.Se il telo a tua disposizione \u00e8 troppo grande per la conformazione del bosco, pu\u00f2 essere una buona idea piegarlo a met\u00e0, per farsi s\u00ec che sia ben teso.
\n6.Se uno degli angoli del telo ha l\u2019anello di metallo rotto, non disperare. Basta prendere un piccolo sasso, arrotolarci sopra l\u2019estremit\u00e0 del telo (come per incartare una caramella) e bloccare il tutto con il cordino che userai come tirante.
\n7.A volte \u00e8 necessario infilare un palo sotto il telo per tenerlo pi\u00f9 in alto o per far scorrere meglio l\u2019acqua. Il palo sar\u00e0 trattenuto dalla tensione del telo ma, per evitare di rovinarlo, copri l\u2019estremit\u00e0 superiore con del giornale o con uno straccio.
\n8.Sempre per incanalare meglio l\u2019acqua verso il basso, pu\u00f2 essere utile tirare un paio di anelli laterali verso il basso con un tirante o con la massa di un sasso appeso.
\n9.Ultimo consiglio:i teli non servono solo per ripararsi dalla pioggia ma anche dal vento, che spesso fa percepire un freddo pi\u00f9 rigido della temperatura reale. Quindi, se non si prevede pioggia, tira un telo in verticale, come fosse un muro contro il vento. Sentirai molto meno freddo.<\/p>\n
